With over 15 million homes rated EPC C or below, and energy bills expected to remain high, the need for accessible, impartial support is more urgent than ever. EST’s one-stop shop model offers a streamlined, consumer-focused approach to help households make informed decisions about energy upgrades. In 2023/24 alone, EST’s one-stop shops supported over 161,000 people — providing advice, connecting them with trusted installers, and helping unlock funding for home improvements.

This masterclass explores how data can transform project delivery, reduce risks, and improve decision-making.
