This session will guide you through the key stages of mobilisation planning, helping you to build a strong foundation for your Warm Homes project and will cover: defining mobilisation: what and why, the key stages of mobilisation for retrofit projects, aligning project goals with resident needs, and practical tools and techniques for successful mobilisation planning.

Lisa Groves is a programme design specialist, with over 16 years’ experience in designing and managing government-funded grant programmes at Ricardo. Jemma Howland is a grant programme management expert at Ricardo, bringing over 25 years’ experience in identifying and managing fraud and error through robust processes. Between them, Lisa and Jemma have overseen over £1.2bn of public sector funding across a wide range of technologies including retrofit, low-carbon technologies and deep decarbonisation measures. Ricardo is a leading environmental consultancy with a long history of working at the forefront of decarbonisation innovation in the UK and globally.
