Our Resident Centred Retrofit course will equip you with the building blocks to create and deliver a successful resident engagement strategy, in order to support the outcomes of your retrofit projects. This event will feature presentations from experts, opportunities to ask questions and workshop with peers. The content will include: Session 1: Tuesday 21st October 09:00 - 12:00 (Modules 1-3). Module 1: Why deliver resident-centred retrofit? Module 2: Customer journey mapping. Module 3: Developing an engagement approach: People. Session 2 Thursday 23rd October 09:00 - 12:00 (Modules 4-6). Module 4: Developing effective engagement: Tools and methods. Module 5: Identifying stakeholders and developing capacity. Module 6: Developing your strategy.

Retrofit programmes should create social value for the surrounding community. In this masterclass we will explain the fundamentals of social value, how it can be achieved, measured and monitored through the entire lifecycle of retrofit projects.

Developing and delivering a successful retrofit project requires a strong resident engagement plan. However, there is a persistent digital divide between households in the UK, with around 1.5 million homes still without internet access. This can make delivering your engagement strategy much more challenging.
