Calling all Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Combined Authorities and the Supply Chain to join us for a two-part CPD accredited online course. Retrofit Essentials will equip you with the building blocks you need to create and deliver a successful retrofit project. This event will feature presentations from experts, opportunities to ask questions and workshop with peers. The content will include: Session 1 Tuesday 8th July 09:00 - 12:00 (Modules 1-3). Module 1: A complete beginner's guide to housing retrofit. Module 2: The business case for retrofit and developing a project team. Module 3: Data, Data, Data. Session 2 Thursday 10th July 09:00 - 12:00 (Modules 4-6). Module 4: Developing retrofit interventions and PAS 2035. Module 5: Procuring for retrofit. Module 6: Resident engagement. Please note, participants will need to register to both sessions within this course to receive email reminders before each session.
