Calling all Housing Associations, Local Authorities, and Combined Authorities to join us for a six-part CPD accredited online course. Our Resident Centred Retrofit course will equip you with the building blocks to create and deliver a successful resident engagement strategy, in order to support the outcomes of your retrofit projects. This event will feature presentations from experts, opportunities to ask questions and workshop with peers. The hour long sessions will run for 6 weeks every Tuesday, from 22nd April until 27th May, at the regular of time of 10am. Content will cover: (22nd April) Module 1: Why deliver resident-centred retrofit? (29th April) Module 2: Customer journey mapping. (6th May) Module 3: Developing an engagement approach: People. (13th May) Module 4: Developing effective engagement: Tools and methods. (20th May) Module 5: Identifying stakeholders and developing capacity. (27th May) Module 6: Developing your strategy. Please note, participants will need to register for all six sessions within this course to receive email reminders before each session.
