Warm Homes: Local Grant; RISE support with the 6-month data request

Introduction

As part of the Expression of Interest (EOI) submission, Local Authorities are required to provide data on their previous best six-month project performance.

DESNZ have provided RISE with a calculation tool to allow us to provide this information to Local Authorities.

Contents

Please note that before we can provide this figure, we need three critical pieces of information from Local Authorities:

    • Confirmation if the Local Authority is submitting as an individual local authority, combined authority, or as a consortium.  If they are submitting as a consortium, please ensure it is the consortium lead who makes the request and confirms all members of the consortium.

    • Proposed delivery assurance check date- (this date should correspond with the date included in  section 3B in the EOI form)

    • Proposed Financial Year One and Financial Year Two grant funding amounts.

Once we have this data we can calculate your best six month performance figures, and also provide theoretical limits of funding based on your previous performance.

Please reach out to your support manager with the information above or contact RISE at rise@turntown.co.uk and they will provide you with the best six month performance figures.
