Retrofit Information, Support and Expertise

RISE is a free support service funded by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ), which provides training, guidance and support to help social housing providers, local authorities and their supply chains across England plan and deliver successful domestic retrofit programmes.

The Warm Homes schemes have arrived!

RISE is here to support you as you prepare your retrofit programmes and funding requests to the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund and Warm Homes: Local Grant. The first step is to complete a self-assessment form; one of our Support Managers will be in touch.

Looking for the application forms for the Social Housing Fund: Social Housing Fund Wave 3? You'll find them all here.

Supporting England’s housing providers and their supply chains

RISE offers a clear and simple pathway for organisations looking to bid for government funding to deliver domestic retrofit schemes.

Our expert-led team creates and delivers high quality training, events, content and one-to-one mentoring. These are all about making it easier for organisations to develop retrofit plans that not only attract funding but also meet the needs of residents, create more comfortable homes and support decarbonisation commitments.

As a centre of excellence, we also offer a comprehensive online hub of resources and ongoing learning and development programme, which makes accessing our services simple and easy to fit around busy schedules.

Alongside this, RISE offers support to those across the retrofit supply chain, enabling suppliers to better meet the needs of customers and the sector as a whole.

Critically, we offer all this valuable support for as long as it is needed. We make sure it’s as relevant to those at the very start of their retrofit journey as it is to those with more experience but who are looking to expand and improve.

Get ahead and get prepared for future waves of funding with our self assessment form

Whether you are looking to bid for wave 3 of the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund, or the upcoming Warm Homes: Local Grant, the RISE team can help.

The first step is to complete our new self assessment form. This allows us to identity exactly what support you might need with your project planning and bid preparation.

Start the self assessment now, to get ahead and be fully prepared for all future rounds of funding.
