One to One support

Are you eligible for one-to-one support?

Social housing providers in a position to bid for the next round of the SHDF are eligible for one-to-one support. You will need to complete a self-assessment if you want to access one-to-one support from us.

Your readiness to bid into the next round of the SHDF will be determined from the self-assessment process and an initial support call with our team.

How much support can you receive?

To start, you will receive two days of free support to help you to review your self-assessment, establish a plan and identify the resources you need to prepare a successful bid. This stage will also include defining the scope for further help from us.

For those that are ready to bid, an additional 5-15 days of support will be available. The number of one-to-one support days allocated to projects will be decided based upon the bid size and value, complexity and support your specific needs.

Can you still receive support even if you aren’t ready to bid for the next round of SHDF?

Yes.

We would encourage you to use the self-assessment as an early indicator of where you might need support, even if you aren’t yet ready to bid on the next round of SHDF. You can then access support on a range of technical and bid management topics which will be available through the Knowledge Hub on our website.

If the self-assessment identifies that you are preparing for future rounds of funding, subject to this being made available by the government, we will contact you with an initial call to discuss your current status and follow-up for further support once the window for the next round of funding has closed.
