Our Resident Centred Retrofit course will equip you with the building blocks to create and deliver a successful resident engagement strategy, in order to support the outcomes of your retrofit projects. This event will feature presentations from experts, opportunities to ask questions and workshop with peers. The content will include: Session 1 Wednesday 21st May 09:00 - 12:00 (Modules 1-3). Module 1: Why deliver resident-centred retrofit? Module 2: Customer journey mapping. Module 3: Developing an engagement approach: People. Session 2 Thursday 22nd May 09:00 - 12:00 (Modules 4-6). Module 4: Developing effective engagement: Tools and methods Module 5: Identifying stakeholders and developing capacity. Module 6: Developing your strategy.
